Celebrate turkey day three ways at RH. Acclaimed Chef Sebastien Archambault will create a Thanksgiving brunch, takeout menu and late-night noshing menu.
-The Thanksgiving brunch buffet includes starters, salads, entrées served family style, and dessert. ($56 adult, $20 child) Selections include pork and chicken liver terrine, Fanny Bay oysters, endive persimmon and cranberry salad with blue cheese, butternut squash soup in a squash shell, chestnuts and hazelnut stuffed free range organic turkey and for dessert homemade apple pie, walnut cake, fresh whipped cream.
-If you are hosting Thanksgiving but don’t want to spend your day in the kitchen, order RH’s “Turkey To Go” menu, which includes Chestnut and hazelnut stuffed free-range organic turkeys with foie gras, gravy and cranberry sauce ($26 per person inclusive). Add cauliflower gratin, sautéed potatoes and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and chestnuts for a complete Thanksgiving meal ($36 per person inclusive). Orders accepted until 5 p.m. on Nov. 23.
